NO SURPRISES PLEDGE…that's the University Village way!

At University Village, your rent includes unlimited heating, air conditioning, water and sewer, natural gas, trash removal and unlimited high-speed internet access. There are no utility allowances to worry about and no payments for utility "overages."

All of our renters sign an Individual Leasing Contract. This means that each student is only responsible for paying their portion of the rent, and they will not be asked to pay any extra rent charges if one of their roommates moves out. This worry-free system is a great benefit for both students and their parents.

How to apply for a bedroom at University Village:

All applicants will be required to formally apply for a bedroom/apartment. Once an application has been approved, you will be asked to formalize your commitment with a non-refundable reservation payment. The reservation payment will become your security deposit at the time of your move-in. Contact us
