To Apply for a Bedroom

• Please contact our Management and Leasing office. All applicants will be
  required to formally apply for a bedroom/apartment. Once an application
  has been approved, you will be asked to formalize your committment with a
  non-refundable reservation payment. The reservation payment will become
  your security deposit at the time of your move-in.
